Memberships are a great way to save a bit of money while also gaining full access to our facilities / sessions / classes etc. However if you want to test the water you can purchase on a 'case-by-case' basis.. For example only want to attend 1 class a week and maybe a physical gym session we can offer that too!

Single-Book Classes

60 Min Spin Session

Indoor class working to FTP or RPE. Warm up will be done during class please make sure you have enough water and a sweat towel if you require. This will be carried out remotely via Zoom.

HiiT Workout

This class will use different formats EG: EMOM, Tabata workout working with high levels of intensity and minimal rest. (please note you can still join this class just miss out a round and take the extra rest) Please warm up beforehand and have some water handy and mat if you require.

Leg Workout

This class may contain contenders that requires weights. EG: Dumbbells or Barbell. (please note you can still join if you don't have these to hand you can use alternatives eg, water bottles. 1 litre of water = 1kg. for Barbell a weighted rucksack is sufficient) Please make sure you warm up beforehand and remember to have some water handy and a mat if you require.
